Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and are fully insured.

I always do my best to ship ready made items within 3 business days, but please be sure to let me know if you need a piece by a certain date.  I can’t guarantee the shipping time once your package has left my care, but will do my best to take it to the post office ASAP. Made-to-order items will have varying processing times according to the nature of the work involved in producing them, and an estimate will be provided and agreed upon before the order is placed. As I will never compromise quality to meet an order deadline, I will contact you if I estimate the time to be a little bit longer.

All orders are shipped ready for gift-giving. The estimated shipping time is 4-6 business days. Shipping times are not guaranteed and at a busy time like Christmas, I recommend planning ahead so that your beautiful handcrafted items will arrive in plenty of time. Be aware that once your item leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of USPS. To request shipping options such as 2-day or overnight, please contact me before purchasing for details.​
