I obtained a luscious chunk of pure blue chalcedony and thought what a lovely pair of earrings it would make. So I cut, grinded and polished two pieces into matching ovals and made this crisp, clean pair of earrings set in sterling silver. I added a little extra design to these posts and put a light patina on them. Simple and simply lovely.
