The Lapis Lazuli from which I cut and polished these two stones is probably some of the deepest blue Lapis I've ever seen. If you love the color blue, these earrings will blow you away. I set these in sterling silver with a simple scallop bezel, a bronze ball at the bottom and a bronze jump ring on top. I extended the bronze wire down the back of each earring into a long wave, just for an extra added touch of interest. No need to do much more to make these beauties say "Wow!" These earrings are casual, but will dress up any pair of jeans perfectly.

Measurements: These sterling silver drop earrings have been oxidized and measure 2 1/8" long x 3/8" wide. With the lever back, they hang 2 5/8". 
 
Jewelry Care: To preserve the patina, avoid immersing them in water or getting hand/body lotion on them. As metals do, over time the earrings will tarnish due to body oils. They can be polished with any jewelry cloth. Just take care to only polish the raised areas, as the cloth will remove the tarnish. To prevent oxidation, I recommend keeping them stored in a plastic bag.
