I'm so excited about my acquisition of these sweet, mini Mexican Tabasco Geodes. This particular pair of geodes are pitch black with a white crystal druzy center. They're particularly interesting because they have a very subtle red rim around the druzy and a light green border on the outer edge. They are understated, yet elegant, and can be dressed up or down. A lovely gift for that special someone.
 
Materials: Sterling silver, Mexican Tabasco Geode.
 
Measurements: Each mini geode is mounted in a sterling silver prong setting and a sterling silver post. The geode face measures 16mm long x 13mm wide.
 
Jewelry Care: The prong settings have a high polish. Avoid immersing them in water or getting hand/body lotion on them. As metals do, over time the earrings will tarnish due to body oils. They can be polished with any jewelry cloth. Just take care to only polish the raised areas, as the cloth will remove the tarnish. To prevent oxidation, I recommend keeping them stored in a plastic bag.
