This beautiful Jasper cabochon was cut, shaped and polished by yours truly. I absolutely love the autumn colors of gold, rust, and olive green. It is bezel-set in oxidized copper and hand stamped with a scallop border. To accentuate the awesome fall colors in the stone, I made a multi-strand necklace of Czech glass seed beads in gold, red, olive green, and chocolate brown. The back of the pendant is almost as pretty as its front, with a leaf texture rolled into the copper backplate.
 
Materials: Banded Jasper, copper, Czech glass seed beads.
 
Measurements: The pendant is 2-1/2" long x 1-1/2" wide. The necklace measures 20" with a hook and loop clasp.
 
Jewelry Care: To preserve the patina, avoid immersing it in water or getting hand/body lotion on it. As metals do, over time the necklace will tarnish due to body oils. It can be polished with any jewelry cloth. Just take care to only polish the raised areas, as the cloth will remove the patina. To preserve the patina, I recommend keeping it stored in a plastic bag.
